Offering 200 m² of interior space and a 110 m² terrace, the residence was already well maintained, with flooring and bathrooms in place.
The interior layout was refined according to the homeowners’ needs: kitchen bulkheads were removed to enhance openness, a skylight was introduced to bring natural light into a previously dark room, and bathroom furniture was renewed to align with the overall design concept.
White stone look wall panels, mirrors, and light toned wood cladding enhance brightness and depth, while blue accents in the living area reflect the homeowners’ personal preferences.
Natural stone flooring runs throughout the interior, with iroko decking on the terrace.
A calm summer palette defines the interiors, where white surfaces create a light backdrop enriched by natural textures and subtle color accents.
Lighting remains soft and layered, combining recessed spots, decorative wall lights, concealed LEDs, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Designed as a practical, warm, and harmonious home, the project reflects a collaborative process in which the homeowners defined their needs and entrusted the rest to the resulting in a harmonious and effortlessly livable summer retreat.
