This 90 m² apartment was redesigned to reflect a refined Parisian inspired interior that resonates with the building’s historical character, located in the heart of Tomtom.
While the home was well maintained, the aim was to create a more romantic and timeless atmosphere that feels naturally integrated with its architectural context.
The layout includes an open-plan living area with kitchen, a master suite with en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a shared bathroom.
Lighting was kept intentionally minimal, combining recessed spotlights with selected pendants and wall lights to create a calm and intimate mood.
Soft, light toned surfaces are balanced with black metal accents, while mirrors are used strategically to enhance spatial depth.
Bathrooms were fully renewed, parquet floors were restored, and the corridor was redefined with large-format porcelain tiles.
Natural materials, vintage-inspired details, and curated artworks complete the interior, resulting in a warm and elegant home where functionality and visual character coexist seamlessly.
