The layout includes a generous entrance hall, an open-plan living area with kitchen, a master suite with en-suite bathroom, three guest bedrooms, additional bathrooms, laundry and storage spaces, as well as a separate staff room with its own entrance.

Although the apartment was well maintained, it did not reflect the homeowners’ taste; therefore, the interior was fully stripped and reconfigured while preserving the existing climate infrastructure.

Mirrors were subtly integrated into wall paneling, niches, and service areas to enhance brightness and depth.

Lighting was kept minimal and functional, combining recessed spots with wall lights at the beds, pendants over the kitchen island, and concealed lighting within cabinetry.
